Feeling Stranded... Help Is Here

It’s hard to seek help when you need it most. It can feel very overwhelming not knowing where to start or having to sort through all of the overlapping and conflicting information. There are people & services out there willing and able to help you where they can.
These are the helplines & websites I found most useful & accessible in the UK, and the best ones I discovered while living in Australia.
If you’re not sure which helpline is most appropriate for you, call any of the below: the kind voice on the other end of the phone will guide you to the best service for you.

Whether you’re concerned about yourself or a loved one, the list of mental health helplines on the NHS website can offer expert advice
